The status of your order can be checked by Logging In to TigerImports.NET and clicking the order status tab. Some shipping status updates are automatically sent to your email as well. Order statuses can sometimes take up to 24 - 48 hours to be updated.

Part(s) Not Received

If your order has been confirmed as delivered by the corresponding carrier, but you cannot locate the package, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking / confirmation information and file a claim with them. TigerImports.NET is in NO WAY responsible for 'lost' shipments that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping currier. The currier (USPS, Fedex, etc.) is the only party that will be able to resolve your issue in such a case.

  • Peg Perego Service Repairs

    Tiger Imports is an authorized service center for Peg Perego vehicles. We repair all Peg Perego vehicles and can attain any part currently in production by Peg Perego. Repairs on vehicles under warranty (1 year from purchase date) are free of charge unless the damage was caused by a misuse that voids the warranty. Repairs on vehicles that are no longer under warranty are generally $25 plus parts if any are required.
