How does Greyhound Standard shipping work?
- Make sure you have finished the three steps necessary for shipment
- Submitted a form of cleared payment (Credit Card or Paypal).
- Provided us with the terminal to which you would like your unit shipped.
- Provided us with a contact phone number for Greyhound to call you with once your vehicle arrives.
- Tiger Imports will then deliver the vehicle to the Baton Rouge, LA Greyhound Terminal for shipment. This is typically done by the next business day after receiving the information from step one, and is never longer than three business days.
- The ship time for your vehicle depends on it's size, the distance it must travel, and the number of buses that pass through your destination terminal.

How do I track a Standard Greyhound Shipment?
- Standard Shipments with Greyhound do not come with 'Tracking Information', but they can be tracked.
- Follow the steps below to track down a package that has not arrived on time
- Call the final destination terminal to make sure it has not arrived. Their phone number, along with all the other terminal phone numbers can be found by clicking the image below
- If the final destination terminal does not have it, contact the Baton Rouge, LA terminal @ (225) 383-3761 to find out what terminals the package stopped at along the way. They will need the name and home address of the recieving party. You can also inform them that is was shipped by Tiger Imports to help narrow it down.
- Call each of the terminals the package stopped at along the way until you find the current terminal at which it awaits. A description of the package is often helpful. See below for typical visual descriptions:
- New in Box Unit: Item will be in it's original manufacturer's box with Red 'This Side Up' stickers on all 4 corners.
- Assembled Unit: Unit will be assembled and bubble wrapped with no box (bubble wrapped units ship faster and better than boxed units). Assembled units are sometimes shipped in a large brown box with Red 'This Side Up' stickers on all 4 corners.
Remember - Prioirity Greyhound Shipping is available for $40 extra. Priority Shipments come with a tracking number and often arrive sooner.
If your unit was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with Greyhound. Every unit we ship is insured at or above your purchase price up to $300. Shipping claims can sometimes take months to receive.
Tiger Imports is not responsible for tracking your shipment. We offer this information as an aid for our customers. We have no control over how quickly your unit is shipped, and we have no better way of tracking Standard Shipments than that mentioned above.
